HorseDex is made by one person, so there is no ticket system and no queue — just an email address that a person reads.
What not to send
Please do not send your journal. Your records are yours, they never reach me, and I do not want a copy in order to help.
Not yet released
HorseDex is still being tested and is not on the App Store. If you are writing to ask when — there is no date yet.
Anything medical
HorseDex records what you write down and shows it back to you. It does not interpret any of it, and neither can I. Questions about your horse belong with your vet.
